The Beginnings

Jackie Mykytiuk and Nathan Miller started M2 Engineering in 2015. They felt constrained by corporate polices at their previous employer and wanted to provide the level of service they felt their clients expected and deserved. They started the company out of a basement office and used their experience and knowledge to assemble a team of qualified firms to support them in delivering water and wastewater projects.

Jackie and Nathan’s energy, abilities and commitment to providing quality service to their clients has not only attracted new clients but also experienced staff who share their vision for personalized service. With the additions of key staff, as well as supporting junior technical staff, M2 Engineering has won more than 65 projects since 2015.

Our Core Values

M2 Engineering has spent time as a team developing our core values. These values apply both within our team and extend to everyone that we work with. The value statements are a focal point of continuous self-evaluation, so that each value is reflected in the way that we approach our work and relationships.

We care about those we work with and those we serve. We are all about building trust-based relationships and establishing win-win partnerships. We care about results, but not at the expense of people.

We get things done. We Own It. We are proud of what we accomplish and are enthusiastic in what we do. We are relentless and driven towards success in all aspects of our work.

We are stewards of our industry, we do the right thing, are honest and transparent, upholding the professional code of ethics we operate within and holding our employees to this high standard, which our customers benefit from.

Change is the only constant. We challenge norms, push boundaries and find the best solution for our clients. We are small enough that we can be bold in what we do.
